Quinta do Carvalhal

Quinta do Carvalhal has been part of the Douro Wine Region for over 400 years – the oldest wine region in the world, currently classified as a World Heritage Site.

ABC Hospitality accompanies this project through a 360º collaboration consisting of 3 phases: Phase A – Development of the concept and business plan; Phase B – monitoring and support for all the teams involved from the start of construction to completion (marketing, creation of service standards, branding, financial management, operationalization of the unit, including recruitment and training); Phase C – Monitoring the soft opening of the unit to ensure that all service standards are met as well as efficient management of the unit in terms of positioning and profitability.
