White by Singular Properties

Situated along the cliffs of São Miguel Island’s south coast, in the Azores, WHITE by Singular Properties resulted from Catarina and João Reis’ shared vision of fusing unique stays in exclusive settings. Overlooking the ocean, this stay promises a privileged experience where time has another rhythm. 

ABC Hospitality collaborated with the Singular Properties group to revalue the White and Santa Bárbara units. In addition to a diagnosis of the respective operational needs, a strategy review and some conceptual fine-tuning were also carried out. 

Service standards were also implemented, HR was upgraded through coaching and individual leadership support and control mechanisms were put in place to make the units more efficient to manage, increase productivity and retain staff.
