Santa Bárbara by Singular Properties

Planted overlooking the black-sand beach of Santa Bárbara, the region’s first Eco-Beach Resort was developed to integrate with the coastal shoreline and provide several villas, suites and studio retreats that contrast with the magical blue of the ocean.

ABC Hospitality collaborated with the Singular Properties group to revalue the White and Santa Bárbara units. In addition to a diagnosis of the respective operational needs, a strategy review and some conceptual fine-tuning were also carried out. 

Service standards were also implemented, HR was upgraded through coaching and individual leadership support and control mechanisms were put in place to make the units more efficient to manage, increase productivity and retain staff.
