2025 Review

2025 was a Universal Year 9—a cycle of completion, integration, and profound transformation.

A year that invited us to close chapters, consolidate learnings, and prepare the ground for a new beginning.

At ABC Sustainable Luxury Hospitality, we experienced 2025 as a year of strategic alignment: we completed processes, strengthened partnerships, refined our positioning, and closed the necessary stages so that the next cycle could begin with clarity and purpose.

Unique moments that marked 2025:

ABC Luxury Hospitality’s Annual Team Building Ritual:

On January 18, we chose to be in nature in the company of horses, led by the coach and founder of Led by Horses. As specialists in the Wellness & Healing segment, we choose and promote activities that help us evolve individually and as a team.

Contracts Renewal:

Singular Properties has renewed its People & Talent Management service for another year, bringing the total collaboration and evolution to three years.

New Projects and Unique Clients:

We welcomed new clients such as Monte da Praia in Melides, Kaya Grounds in Azenhas do Mar, and Porto das Lãs in Montemor.

Celebrating Partnerships:

Reforçámos parcerias com a Corc Yoga, o Global Wellness Institute, a BAE Ventures, a Honest Operations e a ADIRN no desenvolvimento de destinos de bem-estar no centro de Portugal, entre outros.

We have strengthened partnerships with Corc Yoga, Global Wellness Institute, BAE Ventures, Honest Operations and ADIRN in the development of wellness destinations in central Portugal, among others.

Participation in Events:

1. 1st Tourism and Well-being Forum promoted by ADIRN and Tomar City Council.
   
2. At the seminar “Tourism Empowering Sustainability,” as an expert at the European University dedicated to the topic of sustainability in the tourism sector.
3. We participated in DSOTT’25 – Diversity and Sustainability: Opportunities and Threats in Tourism.
4. We participated in and supported the Think Tank on Women in Tourism & Hospitality Leadership promoted by Nova SBE Westmont Institute of Tourism & Hospitality
5. We participated in the Wellness Weekend – Tempo para Ser, organized by our partner ADIRN, in the Setes Montes National Forest in Tomar.
6. We participated in meetings with students from Nova SBE Westmont Institute of Tourism & Hospitality on the topics: “The Future of Sustainability in Tourism,” “Sustainability Trends,” and “Future Tourist – Guest Demands.”
7. We participated as Wellness Hospitality experts in the meetings of the Rede de Turismo e Bem-estar – Sazonalidade e Turismo de Bem-Estar, organized by ADIRN in the wonderful Castle of Ourém.
8. Presentation of the book Reset – The Neuroscience of Well-being by Florencia Bondorevsky, published by Vida Económica, with a foreword by Armindo Monteiro, president of CIP – Confederação Empresarial de Portugal (Portuguese Business Confederation)
9. Participation of Alexandra Outeiro – People & Talent Management Partner at the inauguration of the AHP Academy with the training course “Leading with Impact.”

Achievements:

The People & Talent Management Service is evolving and increasingly attracting organizations that genuinely want to have teams and leaders capable of handling the most ambitious hotel projects. A tailor-made service led by Alexandra Outeiro. We celebrated with Small Luxury Hotels of the World the Wellbeing Collection, which includes one of our clients, Quinta da Comporta.

New initiatives:

We started ABC Luxury Hospitality Talks.

Positioning reinforcement:

We have invested in the revaluation of hotel units.
